I wasn’t going to write this review until I got the worst call yesterday. From the loan place and tried to threaten me.....yeah okay....here it goes.... If I were you I would steer clear of this place. I purchased a vehicle that had problems as soon as I drove off the lot. They claimed it was a sensor. On 12/26/18 I purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox that came with a 30 day/1000 mile warranty. The dealer assured me of no issues with the vehicle and that there was full maintenance done on the vehicle but no paperwork provided. On 1/26/2019 the vehicle started to run very rough and I noticed I was burning fuel a lot quicker. The vehicle was not driven 1/27/19. In my opinion the place is absolutely crooked. They sold me a car and manipulated the financing. I paid over $2000 in additional costs. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase from here.
Everyone was pleasant to interact with on site. However, there were no detailers present on on the day of purchase so the floor mats were not in the vehicle. We had to come back for them the next day (we were given brand new ones that dont exactly fit). We were told the gas would be filled since it was half tank. It wasn't. The brakes were squealing a bit and when we inquired about it we were told it was "normal" from lack of use and would subside. I had a waterpump issue 4 days later.
