They will treat you very nice when you're buying the car but after you buy it need something from them they won't call you back and that warranty they sell you sucks don't want to pay the car when it breaks down and it's a $2600 warranty thanks alot .
Bought a 2014 BMW X6 back in February having nothing but problems with the car first battery needed to be replaced then one of the coils needed to be replaced and the car is blowing white smoke and the car is burning oil .. Paul the manager said there’s nothing wrong with the car and when he returned my car he had but over 100 miles on my car with 2 quarts of oil low.. So I recently took the car to BMW and they said the value seals need to be replaced.. gonna cost me over 5,000 to have it fixed..this place is the most DISHO... read more
They are scammers and they sale cars that make it off the lot the first day that you have to bring back the next day with engine or transmission problems. So do not buy from here
I bought a 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee from this dealership in December. Since then, the cars engine has been making a crazy ticking noise. I attempted to find the warranty information I was told I got with the purchase. I was never given a warranty. Their cars are over priced, when I was talking to their boss about the price of the car I was looking at, I told him Kelley Blue Book offers less than that for this car so he printed me a report but added more features to the car when the car didn’t have these features to bring the price up plus They patch their cars scratches with cheap paint . Looked online for a vehicle and worked with Paul. He made the process seamless and swift. Definitely would recommend working with him and the company. Saw a car inquired about it. They text me right away. Rearranged my schedule to make an appt and see the car. They confirm the appt before I arrive. Drive an hour and the girl is clueless . They tell me they sold the car the night before! No apologies, nothing! Then I try to write a review on their page and of course it won’t let me do the review! Buyer beware very shady! Horrible customer service!
