Nate was very helpful and efficient coordinating with my agent and the loan underwriter. He also provided me useful information about appraisal waivers and saved me about a week before closing.

IMPRESSED is a complete understatement. Nate and his team are by far the best to work with. We had originally worked with a different loan officer that could only get us pre-approved for a FHA loan and we were struggling to get our offers accepted. We had a real estate agent that had some family events come up so we found a new agent at random who introduced us to Nate.
