Nate was very knowledgeable, responsive and beyond helpful. He was there every step of the process and made sure I understood everything. When the closing came he stayed in contact and made sure to get me the best possible rate which ended up being better than I originally thought it was going to be. You always hear horror stories about the banks and last minute surprises but this was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you Nate!
Responsive, clear, organized. I have had other experiences where the mortgage process was very chaotic and a lot of paperwork and documents that are very standard seemed to come up at the last minute holding back the process. I have had experiences in the past where fees popped up late in the game after underwriting. None of this happened with Nate and his team. There were no surprises and everything was very smooth.
I recently worked with Nate to refinance our mortgage and he was very communicative throughout the process, and was super friendly and customer focused. I really appreciated the quick turnaround time as well! As a real estate agent, I would never hesitate to refer my clients to Nate and his team, they truly were amazing to work with!

As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Nate could not have been more helpful and flexible. He was always available via phone/text.
