Nate made buying my first house easy. From start to finish he was there to answer all my questions. Anything I didn’t understand, he took the time to explain everything. Nate along with my realtor worked until 10pm one night to make sure my offer on my house got in and I had all the numbers to go along with it. Not only are Nate and his team personable but prompt and easy to reach. If you’re thinking about buying a home, Nate is your guy!

Nate has been very responsible and so prompt in answering all the questions we had throughout our transaction. He was also very patient and humble to explain us everything we asked. He made us comfortable every moment. First time home buying was a wonderful experience because of Nate and he is always a text or call away. Nate Pryzbek was very professional at all times, keeping me aware of everything that was happening, If I had any questions he was always available to answer. This was my first home purchase, I didn’t know much about the process, he made it very easy to understand the things I had questions about. I really enjoyed working with him.

We started this process with a different lender, but what a huge mistake! After we received our first loan disclosure they dropped us because I had so many questions as a first home buyer. My realtor referred Nate and what a great experience we had. He answered every single question all of the time and was so knowledgeable about the process! Nate is the definition of patient. He dealt with every single question and bump in the road professionally AND he went above and beyond expectations. He always made us feel like we were a priority and he helped us get the best rate! I highly recommend anyone to use Nate- he’s honest and is great with his customers!

Nate and his team have been nothing short of amazing these past couple months. Our mortgage company with our first home was dreadful. Everytime they contacted us it was problem after problem, mistake after mistake that even cost us a half of a percent on our interest rate. Nate not only was the complete opposite but he saved us money! What more can you honestly ask for. This is our go to recommendation from now on!
