I am in the finance industry and understand how lack of communication can impact a closing. I had no reservations with Nathan Kanam from the very start. He was extremely informative and constantly kept in contact, providing me with updates on the status of our closing. His assistant, Trevor was equally informative and available when I needed to speak with someone. Great experience!

When you think you have no other options on financing/Refi I would highly suggest Lower.com. They were able to get the job done which turned out better then we expected. Our two agents we worked with made the process so easy and fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for help. They are awesome!!!!!

Nathan has everything it takes to get the job done beautifully and seamlessly. He took calls from us, no matter what the time, to answer any questions we had. Nathan and His team were diligently to get our loan refinanced. This is our second time working with Nathan. We had a few unexpected issues to resolve none related to Lower. Nathan and his team worked quickly to overcome these obstacles and we were still able to close and meet our objective. Thank you again.

Focuses on the borrowers concerns: he was fast,efficient and patient getting complicated issues pushed thru in order to achieve what I wanted out of the loan. Worked with Nathan in June of 2019 and we couldn't qualify, so he got us to do our taxes different in 2019, so we are good to go now, thanks to his smarts. thanks Nathan for a job well done. t Thanks Nathan, job well done.

Nathan listened to what my goals and needs were and did an excellent job tailoring the loan to my specifications. He was extremely helpful and was available to answer any questions that I had at any time. Loan closed in less than 30 days from my first call with him. Very professional and I definitely recommend both Nathan, Trevor and Lower to anyone.

Nathan and his team are committed to delivering a flawless experience. Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical working outside of my bank or a traditional institution with a brick and mortar presence.... Nathan was patient and helped me with each and every concern. Morning or late evening he was there to make sure I was up to speed with the process.
