When we received a call from Nathan's team on December 5 2019 asking if I was interested in a Heloc or other products , knowing I was , I answered Yes , I was motivated and Nathan and Trevors team matched and exceeded my expectations for what was to come next.From then on it was a very easy and smooth, we were never overwhelmed at any part of the process as we have experienced with other past lenders. . To our surprise our experience with Nathan and Trevor was extremely a pleasant . We closed on December 21.

Nathan was the best loan officer I have ever worked with. Nathan was very easy to get ahold of and was in constant communication. When Nathan was not available Trevor on his team was right there ready to help or answer any questions. I wanted to access cash and lower my interest rate and Nathan came through. The refinance and HELOC loan process was made very easy and our rate and closing costs came in better than originally quoted.
