I would highly recommend Nathan. He is honest, patient, and understanding to my needs. I had a much better experience with him than I had with other lenders in the past. Since this is now complete, I need to tell you that I was working with some other lenders, and although you guys came in a little higher with some fees and closing costs, we went with you guys because of you Nathan.
