I cannot thank Nate Hoffman enough for pushing the stone of our mortgage across the finish line. There were a number of documentation hurdles that Nate cleared for us that saved us both time and money. He went the extra mile to convey to the lender the silliness of some of their asks so that we didn't have to go to extremes to gather pieces of paper. I would contact Nate in an instant if I ever needed such services again. I would recommend that you do the same if you are in need of a mortgage broker.
