The person I spoke with ****** was absolutely wonderful. Understood the hardship and took great care of me. Very simple process. They have their stuff together.

They really didn't follow up on the other. *********** ******** which was a part of my first experience with you cuz you had all his credit cards on my credit report which we have taken care of just should have been taken care of sooner.
