I was treated respectfully and ***** made sure I understood all this would entail. He made sure that I had all the documentation needed the contacts I may need. Then a follow up call to check if I had all info needed for future reference.

Yeah, it took me around three weeks to have enough confidence to call National Relief Program. im so happy I did because the person that helped me out with the application.
