I think I had higher expectations then I should have going into this program. I was told it would be so easy and read so many reviews about how great it would be. So far it has just stressed me out. I have always paid my bills on time so not paying them was very hard for me and were in the point now where I should be getting settlements but so far I've only received one and I just keep getting threatening letters from my other card companies. I just joined the program 1 month ago and I've already gotten one settlement. I had a creditor call me and threaten me with an attorney so I set up a payment with them but I called NDR right after because the creditor stated they didn't work with NDR, etc. I spoke with Frank and he was extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely care about me situation.
