So far so good. I believe I am halfway through the process. I’ve been able to call and get answers whenever I have questions and also access my account online. Watching my credit score go way down now (temporarily they say), after I’d paid my high interest loans religiously (by working three jobs and with nothing left over) for the past several years, is nerve wracking. They're really good they've been on it when I've had an issue with the collectors
I signed up with this company to alleviate my overwhelming debt. At first the service was going pretty well and negotiations were taking place. As soon as I made a large deposit that should cover the rest of my debt, the negotiations slowed. I am left to wonder if it’s being drawn out so they keep collecting monthly service fees or if it’s really the creditors taking their time.
