I have been a customer for just under a year and I have been thrilled with the service of National Debt Relief. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. I am so glad that I heard about them during this very stressful time in my life and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in a tremendous amount of debt and need help dealing with their creditors. .
The Covid 19 appears to have slowed a lot of things down everywhere, yet I am still seeing signs that NDR is making progress on my debt relief. It's good to know that there are professionals that work as hard as I once could. The people that I have had contact with are fast to put me at ease on issues and treat me with great respect.
So far so good, about 4 months or so into the process. Not a lot of activity that I can see yet. I was told it would take 4-6 months to get things moving so we'll see. Four stars until I see everything resolved.
The system works but is more time consuming than presented. Still a very good option for high credit card debt.
I have had a good experience with National Debt Relief so far. They are obtaining some good payment agreements with my creditors. Keep up the good work.

I just wanted to say that I recently graduated from the National Debt Relief program. I was enrolled 2 and a half years ago and have been greatly assisted by the staff at NDR. I had some situations that required deferring my payments and was assisted with each time. I was hesitant about enrolling in the program but am completely satisfied with my time with them. I cannot say enough good things regarding my experience with this company. David R*** was beyond phenomenal. Not only was he great at thoroughly discussing the programs and options available to me, but I was able to feel such at ease with how well he explained how the whole process would work. I will absolutely be recommending him and this company to everyone I know. Worth every bit of the 5 stars!
