Buyer beware! They make you feel all warm and fuzzy! Then they pull the rug from underneath you and your flat on your back! So far they have not made good of their promises! It's been 6 months! And only one out of five have been " relieved "We are very disappointed!

Beware!!!! I had perfect credit when I was contacted by national debt relief. They made it sound so great. I had never been late on a payment and had good credit. I was pay 2k in credit cards bills per month. They told me that they could cut that to half. What they didn't say was for the first 4 months I was going to pay them monthly payments and they were going to let my accounts go delinquent and ruin my critics score. They have filed a few accounts.Where I save money, but then you add in there fee and i'm really not saving... read more

The negotiators for this organization take way too long to reach an agreement with creditors. They wait until the ****** account clients establish has at least 40% of ONE particular debt before negotiating with any other creditors. That delay could result in creditors initiating lawsuits AND taking legal action against clients. The client is then either forced to settle and avoid legal action, or face a lawsuit on their own. Meanwhile, *** continues to deduct a payment towards the debt reduction, claiming that their negotiat... read more

I was in a good amount of debt due to things out of my control. I would have filed bankruptcy, but my employer said that anyone who does, will lose their job. So I felt that my only option was ****I was hopeful and thought that I was going to save money. However, the payments were very large and my entire first year and a half, was very stressful. Only having about $100 to $150 left every month to either try and save or put into another bill. This year, things in my life changed and I had someone who wanted to help me. For th... read more

I was very disappointed. We were with *** for about a year and a half. They then turned us over to ***************. A BIG MISTAKE!!!!. The percentage rate APR after being transferred was higher than the credit cards we originally had. I am so disappointed we were **** *** to the next step of this "Doing Business ttransaction" with either comapny. We are now having to transfer over to a third new party with a lesser APR. It has not been worth the ****** to go through all this with so many companies. I feel we were scammed int... read more

On July 6, I cancelled with National Debt Relief, customer service said I would receive a refund, two weeks later no refund. They have the correct information, Now they want my bank statement to do a investigation, no there not getting my bank statement. This is a stalling tactic. A refund should not take up to two weeks. They also lied to me about being about to take one accounts from myeasypay, *** is not suppose to take those accounts yet they did, which would have landed my in bankruptcy. On the website there are fake re... read more

I would not recommend this program to my worse enemy. It is a scam and false advertisement. I started with this company 1 year ago and was told I would only pay the amount we agreed upon up until 2027 I was also told that they have a 25% fee and how that fee is paid with each bi weekly payment I was making. I was told my debt would be paid in full by 2027 at the rate that was discussed in the beginning. Heres what they dont tell you!! They dont tell you that theyre only paying one thing at a time. Which means your other loan... read more

I will be leaving the program with as much debt as I started with. They were all helpful in the beginning and then a couple years in I got pressured into getting a loan to finish making settlements, but my credit had tanked so much from the program that my payments are gonna be enormous. Im worse off than when I started.
