Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Andy from National Property Inspections. I received his information from a friend who had used his services multiple times as a recommendation. Currently, I am buying the house remotely and so I needed someone I could trust. Miscommunication occurred where I expected to be video called into the inspection, but was not as the appointment time was changed without my knowledge.
