I am actually posting as the homeowner whose home was inspected by our buyer. I was very dissatisfied by how our home was left after inspection. It appears the dishwasher was opened prior to the cycle being finished and not closed back up. There was a significant amount of water throughout the kitchen floor from it leaking out of the dishwasher. When I closed the door the dishwasher then drained the pooled water inside as normal. We've been in our home for about 2 months and we're up to about $10k in repairs, some identified and some not that we could have negotiated during the sale.
