We've been in our home for about 2 months and we're up to about $10k in repairs, some identified and some not that we could have negotiated during the sale. Plus we have yet to get an idea what the water in the basement will cost to repair. I understand that areas will be missed, but some things we've discovered are pretty inexcusable.
