I had a very bad experience with this company; I do not recommend it. Mark Levin I don't recommend him as a broker; my experience working with him was terrible. He either has a bad temper or he brought his personal problems to work.

Very unprofessional delivery. First they left there spilt drink in cup holder. Have picture proof. And then he climbs through my car window because he can’t fit through the door getting dirt and sand everywhere. Then they tell me only cash on arrival never mentioning anything on the phone. Lucky there’s no scratches or damage with how bad that experience was. And no offense but maybe send someone who can communicate in English if I can only speak English. Overall would never ever use again.

It is preferable to say you can’t do a job in a timely manner or turn down the job. I was told on the get go it would take 3 days of transit. 7 days later I get my vehicle at 9:00pm. The only reason it was delivered on 7th day was because I was going to travel the next day early in the morning. Dealership claims they will not use this trucking company again.
