“The experience was a bit disjointed. We placed the order and were not aware of the delay until we called. If we had not called we wouldn't have known the reason for the delay. It was several weeks before we saw the shrubs. We are hoping they will be okay, although there is some browning of the Mugo Pines and I am waiting and hoping they don't turn completely brown. ”
