“I ordered 3 trees and warranty. So far, 2 trees are doing great, but the other shows no sign of life. I contacted customer service and they said I have to wait until the end of August to pursue this.”

“I ordered a Japanese lilac tree and mimosa tree. They arrived bare root (as they were supposed to) and in quite good time. The Japanese lilac tree had a very sparse root system; the mimosa was a smaller plant, but had larger root system. I planted them each in large (3-ft diameter and 3 ft high) pots. The Japanese lilac quickly put out some new leaves, but (when I transplanted it) the root system hadn't really changed or grown at all since I got it. I'm hoping transplanting it into the ground and in a new location will kick... read more
