“Great Tree and came in good shape, looked it a twig when arrived and after a week of careful planting it was sprouting leaves and it going great. Called customer service as it said 7 to 10 days to ship and every time I checked on the shipping was no results. called customer service and told me the tree shipped and It would arrive the next day- NOPE it was 3 days later and total of 3 weeks to get it. Over all very happy with the Tree, not so happy with the shipping time. ”

“There's no way of knowing as the system stands which plants can be shipped to OR (or any other State) or not - until you select something and the basket list gives you a message, which then prompts you to delete the item. Very frustrating after half a dozen plants. It would be useful to have that indication at the top of the item description to stop even adding it to the basket. Just a suggestion.”
