“I had my shopping cart set last night around 11 pm and I needed to speak w/my mother regarding a tree I thought she'd like for Mother's Day. At that time there was free shipping. I called this morning because I couldn't find the free shipping code and was told the offer expired. The CS rep said sorry was there anything else I needed then hung up. There was no notice of the code expiring last night and no regret or sympathy for my situation. Simply no longer available and goodbye over a 9 hr difference. Pretty cold.”
