Nav always was available for questions and advice. When paperwork was lost in the mail he immediately provided FedX communications to keep the mortgage on schedule. Nav provided a terrific closing from start to finish and I would recommend him to anyone. Nav always got back to me quickly! He answered all my questions with patience. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything- like he was genuinely trying to help. Also- shot out to the woman that called me initially and got me transferred to Nav. She was awesome!!! So personable and had really good phone skills.
