Nav Thakur did a great job. His communications were expedient and concise. The two areas that need improvement are in document handling and the Notary. First, we were asked a couple of times to provide documents that we had already submitted. Not sure if the handoff from Mutual to the Underwriters was handled correctly or not, but I provided copies of driver's licenses three times and a couple of others. Second, the person sent out to conduct the Notary was someone who was homeless.

When I purchased my home in 2012, felt I was raked over the coals. There were so many changes (not by me) that at one time thought about cancelling the purchased. This time (granted wasn’t after mortgage business tanking) it went very smoothly. Once I got all the docs in, the process for approval was approximately three weeks. Nav was on point telling me what was needed. He stayed on top the process with timely phone calls as I am not one who checks his email daily.
