Our representative was Nav Thakur. Of all the zillion agents who cold-called us when we wanted to refinance, it was Mutual of Omaha and Nav who followed thru on the process. Nav communicated when he said he would, dealt positively with any concerns we might have had, and answered our calls and/or emails in a timely fashion. When I was looking at loan products, Nav was quick to provide options I hadn't thought of and was very knowledgeable on the terms of the products. If it hadn't been for him, I would have chose a loan that wasn't my best option. Although he is very busy, he always responded to emails and calls.
