He clearly explained the process, we did the steps and then he dropped the ball and didn't communicate for a week or 2- it just so happened this was the week or 2 that interests rates were raised 3 % , which made refinancing too expensive .😕

Locked me in quicker at the rate originally stated, kept payments at or under 1600.00 or talked about closing costs while discussing payout. Better communication.
