The rate and fee were unbelievably low. Customer service was incredibly disappointing and stressful. I would rather be charged a higher fee and be provided better service. I desired minimal stress due to my wife's pregnancy and I wanted to understand the process. Things that could be improved; communicate quickly and honestly, do not pass clients to unaware servicers, do not miss every/any contingency and closing deadline, thoroughly answer questions without snarky/rude comments. Please reflect

He sent an appraiser to our home that was not one of their approved vendors. So, then he had to send another appraiser out. That delayed the whole process which required us to submit more documentation.
