I work in the accounting department for Transblue LLC in Monroe, WA. I reached out to the finance team for assistance getting a couple invoices paid. I was assisted by Carmela Aguiler of Navigate and she was very helpful, and considering the invoices had fallen through the cracks due to personnel changes, she expedited payment and followed up to make sure I knew checks had been processed and mailed. Excellent Service by Carmela.
