I just recently changed my name and asked for help from the Navigate Community Manage team. They were able to change my name in the association but I also needed some guidance as to where to look for the county records. Pricilla Africa was so helpful and sweet in guiding me to the correct place I needed to go on the county's website. I never have any issues with getting my questions answered in a timely manner! This team is awesome!

I am giving the "5-Star" for MJ and only give "3-star" to the Navigate company, so the average is "4-Star". MJ was very helpful, professional and informative. She forwarded and explained the new HOA fees in 2023, which I never received from the company. She also helped me to deal the "lost-in-mail" HOA payments for Jan 2023 sent on Dec 27, 2022 through my bank bill autopay. I resent the new HOA fees and canceled the "lost-in-mail" checks through my bank. I hope the "lost-in-mail" problem does not happen again.
