Had problems setting up the account. Called and Mary Joy was very pleasant and walked me through the whole process. Helped set it up so I could log in to the portal. Excellent attitude and service.

I got a mail from Navigate community management, which was dated on 3/13, said that I got a fine of $100 from violating the HOA rule “Storage shall not be permitted under decks or overhangs or anywhere else on any Lot which is visible from any point outside the Lot”. It says that it’s a third notice. But I have never got the first 2 notices. And on 3/13, I already cleaned up the stuff on my front porch. The notice was sent out after I cleaned up my porch. I called Navigate Community Management at (360) 512-3820. I talked to Obed Heyres about an issue with the online portal. He was very professional, courteous, and informative. He understood the problem I was having. Obed said he would talk to the management team and then call me back. I received his call back within just a few minutes.
