Abe contacted us right after we requested a home tour on Zillow when we were in SA for a week from Arkansas. At first, we were nervous but Abe helped calm our nerves after viewing the first house. John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the whole process. As first time homebuyers, my partner and I didn't know where to start exactly. John took time out of his day to patiently explain every step and ensured that we understood. John also advocated for us and was always on our side when it came to negotiations and handling sellers. He truly made the whole experience way easier even during the frustrating parts.
