We loved working with Kelly! We first met Kelly when we were selling our primary residence. We liked her and the job she did with the first house so well, we asked her to be the listing agent for one of our rental properties. Kelly and her team were great to work with. Kelly was very responsive to all phone calls, emails, and texts. She kept us up to date along the way for both houses. Chris and team we're phenomenal! From the first appt, he was prepared, gave me information I needed, explained the next step in the process and did not force his opinion. He provided me a checklist at each step, which allowed me to go at my pace, but be thorough with my decisions. Lastly, all communications with him and his team were very professional and customer service focused--a true rarity in this day.
