Chris has been the best agent anyone can hope for. As soon as we called him even before we decided to hire him, Chris was making suggestions as to how to better prepare the property for sale. Chris also was wonderful in assisting the arranging of repair workers for our property as we live out of state and do not have that information at hand. We listed our home closer to our move date than we had originally planned under the advisement of Chris. 2 days, and after the first showing, we had an offer. After negotiations we were pleased to get extremely close to listing price. Chris was very responsive to all calls and questions and kept us informed the entire time.

Our house had been sitting on the market for months with 4 buyers and no sale. Within a week with Chris we were taking proactive steps to make important improvements to the home to make it more marketable, we’re under contract and closed on the sale. Alfred really took the time to explain every step of the way to us. He was very knowledgeable and worked to get us a great deal. Being out of town, it was great that Alfred was so dedicated to helping us as we were already stressed out not being able to see the house in person. We would recommend him to anyone, he really helped us a lot.

Emily is the most hard working realtor I've experienced. She truly has the best interest of her clients at heart and has proven her ability to get the job done. If you want to buy or sell a home fast, then she is the one to call. My wife and I were exremely pleased with her services. She is our go-to realtor for life! Highly recommended!!!!
