I have had seller agents before but none worked as hard as Mr. Jacobs. Nothing with the selling of my house went smoothly, one thing after another (none of which was his doings). Chris worked so harded each time to get everything on track. Even up during the time of closing, issues occurred at the title company and Chris showed up immediately to identify the problem and took the initiative to make everything right. Yvonne was very helpful in our search for a house. Not only did she go out of her way to videotape a property because we cannot be present, she frequently contacted us to make sure we did not need anything even after we purchased one of the properties she recommended. We will definitely use Yvonne again in the future.

There are not enough positive words to describe our experience w Desireé! We moved from out of state and from day one when we met she was willing to go above and beyond for our house search. She did virtual tours for us, spent countless hours driving us around when we were in town and would answer her phone day or night. Desireé is simply amazing for all your house hunting/selling needs!

Desiree has been so helpful during this process. I work retail and only had the day after Christmas off when I found a house I wanted to see. Desiree was the only realtor to reach out to me to show me the house. She was very flexible with showing homes AND on our day of closing she was the one to notice that the lender did not send all the documents to the title co.
