Ruth was very helpful through our search for a new home. She listened and respected all of our decisions and guided us as we had questions. Personally, I am an individual who likes doing research on her own, but having Ruth as someone who has the expertise in this field smoothed out the entire process of obtaining a house. She explained carefully what each step entailed and ensured we were able to close on the timeframe we had given her.

We had a really good experience with Matt. He explain everything to us by details and kept a really good communication with us during the process. He kept a really good communication between us and the sellers. After we had sign the contract he still kept a communicating with us with title company and thought the process.
