John made the process smooth and easy. He told us where to look and sent us homes to look over and choose from to set up showings. We made a list of homes we wanted to see and he made it happen. We found our home on the first day of showings. The home we loved had 3 offers already on it. John helped us make the winning offer against the other three offers. He always responded to our texts or emails right away.
Clint was phenomenal! He was the consummate professional with a wide range of specialists (e.g., inspector, foundation expert, etc) available on practically a moment's notice. His calm demeanor and negotiating skills were critical in getting a very skittish buyer to closing. I absolutely recommend Clint and the rest of the Neal & Neal Team!
Chris is an absolute professional who got the job done flawlessly and fast! He was super responsive and helpful with answering all our questions no matter how large or even dumb they were, and even gave great advice and pointers along the way. We had an unusually difficult sale due to multiple problems outside of Chris Jacobs' control including the COVID-19 pandemic! Chris managed a sale for me involving an estate for a home 4 hours away from where I live. He was not only professional and hard working, his network connections were invaluable to me.
