When we decided we wanted to sell our house, we discussed interviewing 3 realtors. I’d been following Chris on Facebook for a while and knew he was one we’d talk to. It was a pleasure working with Carlos in the recent purchase of our home. Carlos was very attentive in helping us search for and ultimately find exactly what we wanted. Kelly served as my realtor for my first ever real estate selling transaction. She made the process extremely smooth and was always very responsive to any of my questions and requests. She helped me set the price for my home really well and had good pictures taken which resulted in over 30 showings in the first three days after listing and four really good offers. I would definitely use Kelly again as my realtor.

Daniel goes above and beyond in researching properties that meet my requirements and schedules showings based on my availability. He even investigates properties with contingent status and helps in identifying opportunities for back up contract that has paid off. I found Kelly on my seach for a Dave Ramsey ELP. She was amazing. I was selling my SA property long distance. She arranged showings, repairs etc. without me coming to town. I had 5 offers in 3 days. Sold for more than asking price. She knows the market and exactly how to price the property. Kelly and her staff were always in communication with me. She would answer my texts day or night. I would highly recommend her.
