Emily couldn’t have done a better job! She was understanding and very patient with all of my request. She made this stressful process fun and enjoyable. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in any way possible at any time if the day! If we had questions she was unsure about, she would check with a co-realtor and get back to us in a decent timeframe!
We started our home search from out of state and Kyle was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. My wife and I planned a weekend trip to San Antonio to look at houses and Kyle delivered. He had 12 houses lined up for us to look at across Saturday and Sunday. By the time we flew out Sunday night we had an accepted offer below asking price on our number one house. I plan on referring Kyle to any potential San Antonio home buyers in the future.
We sold and our bought new home at the same time and even closed on both on the same day. Desiree' made it painless and worry free. Well, as much as could be anyways for the circumstances, haha!
