Neal was always available, even on his honeymoon! I have never worked with someone who went out of his way, as Neal did, to answer any question I had. If I return to the San Antonio area I will be using Neal and his team to help me find a home, without a doubt. Our experience working with the Neal & Neal team was good. The realtor that we primarily worked with was Alfred Garcia. Alfred was very professional and courteous through the entire process. It took longer than expected for us to decide on the right home for our family but Alfred was a trooper. Moving is never ideal however the process is much easier to manage when you work with a dedicated team of realtors. I would definitely recommend using The Neal & Neal team.
As a first time out-of-state house investor and buyer Chris Jacobs from the Neal & Neal team was great! Chris has qualities which are important to me as a buyer and investor which is honesty and responsiveness.
