On a whim I was looking on Zillow for a house with some land and bingo I got Matt, with the Neal & Neal Team. Matt was very responsive called me within 10 minutes of sending out a quick note of my interest. It took 38 days and I closed on my new home! Matt was very professional, helped us negotiate, was patient with all my questions, and met me out the property several times prior to closing! Jim showed us a lot of houses in the area we requested. Once we made and offer, he stayed on top of the process and kept us informed. This house was refirbished after a fire, so the process was a bit more complicated than usual. We bought the house around tax season. I sold a property through Bree. Being an out of state (Colorado) owner I was a little apprehensive. Bree was very knowledgeable of the market conditions and gave me advice on fair market value. Chris was super helpful in finding us houses to look at and knew a lot about the neighborhoods and San Antonio in general. Also knew a lot about the military transfer process for houses. He was super nice and super professional. Would highly recommend!
