My wife and I sold our home in southeast San Antonio with the Neal and Neal team. It was a great experience and we couldn't be happier. They made everything very easy for us and we're always prompt on returning phone calls and giving us the Information we needed on selling our house. I had issues with a number of Realtors in the area who all left me wondering why they were even realtors. I started looking at the Keller Williams City View list of Realtors reading profiles as I perused the list. He was very responsive anytime we reached out to him, he got us everything we negotiated for and more, and he exercised extreme patience with our picky home selection process. We couldn't have asked for more! When Shane met us and we explained our situation; he addressed all of our questions and laid out what would happen throughout the process. His team was very attentive to our needs. He always answered our text, emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
