The Neal and Neal team has made our experience nice and easy! This team sold our home for us in a timely manner and went above and beyond to aid in the closing of our new home. I used the Neal and Neal team when I sold my house and again when I purchased one. Both times were a very smooth process. When purchasing our new home, I was very specific on what I wanted and Chris made sure to check all of my boxes. He made himself available to accommodate mine and my husband’s schedule. After interviewing five separate agents/teams from all the major realty groups, we felt the most comfortable with, and confidence in, Chris Jacobs from the Neal and Neal team. In short, Chris Jacobs was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Chris was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and working hard to ensure the paperwork and process that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. If I could describe Mike Gutierrez in one word it would be EXTRAORDINARY! Mike made my first home purchase experience the BEST! I was never left alone and always received a follow up call. I was able to find my home and close in time before my lease at my apartment ended. Mike made sure closing went smoothly and stress free. Hello, Bree was a wonderful agent. Quite informative and understanding. This was my first time looking for a home, and I wasn't leery about anything. If I called and she didn't answer, she would call me back in less than 3 hours. I was happy with her.
