We choose to hire the Neal and Neal Team based on great reviews. I am glad we did our homework. We sold our home in 12 days and our agent Chris Jacobs was fantastic. Chris did a great job through the entire process or purchasing a house. He was flexible, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was a great asset. We were looking for something very specific and he worked hard to find us just the right house.
I had two rental houses and a forever home to sell due to my mother's death-not an easy task considering the rentals still had tenants. There were many obstacles to overcome because of the different situations for each property. Tripsie walked me through each hurdle and believe me there were many unexpected hurdles. I was very lucky to find Matt! I was in town for a few weeks and wanted to connect with a local relator that would get a feel for what I wanted so that I could buy in the future. Matt was very patient and accomidating to a crazy schedule and we were able to find a townhome (rental) in just a few weeks. He negotiated a solid contract and I know he worked very hard for me. I will definately recommend him to anyone relocating to the SA area and will work with him again if/when I return to the SA area. Thanks Matt!
Jim Bell and the Neal & Neal team were excellent. Jim went above and beyond. We were looking to move to Texas from Wisconsin. After making two trips and finding nothing, I asked Jim to look at houses that I selected from the MLS. Not only did he have a good eye for what I was looking for, but he found our perfect house. The closing process went smoothly and we have moved in. Now, if someone would help with unloading all the boxes.
