We started looking for a house a year ago, looking at Shane Neal's website. We weren't sure exactly where we wanted to be, and didn't plan to buy right away. He was very patient, very responsive, and sent us hundreds of houses to look at over the last year that potentially were what we wanted. Shane was great to work with!! He spent a lot of time working with us, showing us homes and negotiating the best deal when we found one we loved. He did not even complain when we changed our locations and type of homes we were looking for! It was a great experience!

We began contact with Shane Neal many months prior to planning a huge relocation from 1800 miles away. We could only hope that the process of picking, visiting and eventually buying two homes would not be so difficult. My husband and I have used Clint Neal and the Neal Team in the purchase of two residential real estate properties. Clint was responsive and returned calls, emails and questions very promptly. He also did exactly as he said he would do when it came to resolving troublesome issues that arose and never dropped the ball. Working with Clint Neal to find and purchase a home was fantastic. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. He did not push any houses on us, but was candid in his advice and recognized when a house met our needs or was important to us.
