I worked with this agent through our house buying process.I was really happy with the services that he provided to us.He was quick to update and respond to any questions that we had on the house we were buying.I highly recommend him for being very patient with us as we looked and viewed a lot of homes.I would highly recommend him especially if you are not sure what you are looking for.The agent allowed us to make decisions and provided guidance which made the house buying process more enjoyable. I was very impressed with Shane during the rental process, and highly recommend his service for any real estate needs. He was easy to work with, extremely flexible, and kept us in the loop the entire time. I was also amazed by his patience and expertise as we searched high and low for a rental. Shane found us the perfect spot in conjuncture to our needs in an area we had yet to recognize as an option!

Shane was able to put the pressure of the sellers agent when they had to extend twice on the closing. Fortunately the seller got their act together (BofA and their title company) and we closed.

Shane has been great to work with. He is very responsive and helpful. He handles setting up multiple showings on multiple days very well. He knows what to point out as pluses and minuses when touring a house with a potential buyer. He lets you know when a house is on a short sale and when it is in multiple bid status. Shane definitely works in your best interest and I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers, and needless to say, we didn't know much about purchasing a home. Clint, was a true friend in whole experience. He was prompt to reply back to all of our e mails and phone calls, he took the time to explain things to us that we didn't understand, and because he had such an intensive knowledge of the area, his insight on certain areas was very helpful.
