My experince with Shane was wonderful. We purchased a bank foreclosured home that required much acute attention, which Shane delivered. Shane over-saw the tedious paperwork and communicated between the bank, the mortgage lender, and our personal lender and ensured all paperwork was recieved in a timely manner to meet deadlines. He gave us sound advice and guidance as we submitted our bid resulting in a successful purchase. Shane was tremendous and I would recommend him highly.
Working with Clint was smooth and easy from day 1. He was the first and only agent I needed to meet with as he was able to help me through an exciting yet at times stressful and anxiety-provoking experience. Very unprofessional. Scheduled a tour for today at 1pm. Got confirmation from Zillow and everything. Showed up to the home early with my family, only to see that the tour was cancelled on our way over, no explanation. Booked with another realtor who is taking the initiative of coming out on little to no notice.
We had a very disappointing experience selling our home with this agent. From the beginning, we were not given a clear and accurate breakdown of the total costs associated with selling. My husband and I made the decision to move forward based on the information provided to us, only to find out at closing that we actually had to bring money to the table. First time home buyers should stay clear from utilizing him. Houses he provided were more often than not just whatever popped up on the algorithm and not something that would actually suit our needs. Explanations/recommendations of the home buying process were very lacking. Something as simple as what is/is not coming with the house i.e fridge was not communicated and when asked why we were not informed, he states "it's a Texas thing" as if we should already know this. Chris told me from the get go he would be able to sell our home. He almost had it down on how long he would have it listed. Never did he not return my calls. No matter what time of the day I would receive communication. Text, call, email or personally we received communication.
We were extremely disappointed on how Mr Jacobs represented us. We felt he was more for the buyer than us and we were his clients. Who, as an experienced agent, in their right mind agrees that your client will pay all closing costs and then never inform them that they were paying some of the buyers closing costs?!?! We priced your home as such to allow for closing costs to get to the Net you wanted. On 2 occasions I explained the breakdown of closing costs in person and over the phone. We did appreciate the discounted commission of the services. We were somewhat disappointed that our listing agent was not the agent present for our one and only open house. Additionally, we felt kind of abandoned around three weeks in due to the listing agent not contacting or corresponding with. We initiated nearly all correspondence.

Stunning incompetence at simple communications from multiple members of this so-called team: blown appointment, no response to either phone calls or emails, listed number is out of service, and clueless employees.
