Chris told me from the get go he would be able to sell our home. He almost had it down on how long he would have it listed. Never did he not return my calls. No matter what time of the day I would receive communication. Text, call, email or personally we received communication.

We were extremely disappointed on how Mr Jacobs represented us. We felt he was more for the buyer than us and we were his clients. Who, as an experienced agent, in their right mind agrees that your client will pay all closing costs and then never inform them that they were paying some of the buyers closing costs?!?! Does that sound like an agent that has his client’s best interest in mind!! I am sorry you feel the way you do. Unfortunately, your claims are inaccurate. I was clear about the offer asking for closing costs. We priced your home as such to allow for closing costs to get to the Net you wanted. On 2 occasions I explained the breakdown of closing costs in person and over the phone. We did appreciate the discounted commission of the services. We were somewhat disappointed that our listing agent was not the agent present for our one and only open house. Additionally, we felt kind of abandoned around three weeks in due to the listing agent not contacting or corresponding with. We initiated nearly all correspondence.

Our listing agents do not represent buyers on our listings due to conflict of interest and your best interest at the forefront. Stunning incompetence at simple communications from multiple members of this so-called team: blown appointment, no response to either phone calls or emails, listed number is out of service, and clueless employees. On 6/5/2018, I called about a Zillow listing, and left a message asking two very specific, simple questions: verify HOA dues, and ratio of renters to owner-occupants for a condo property. I do think all the confusion came when you inquired on the property originally (which is not directly our listing like you mentioned) the inquiry went to other agents that are not associated to us. SELLER BEWARE! Fair warning to anyone seeking a representative for the sale of your property: If you are considering the Neal and Neal team, be very careful before signing a contract with them! They will write in a clause that demands a payment of $450 whether they succeed in selling your house or not. We were most surprised when we were shown the typed-in clause on page 8 of a 10-page contract.
