Yvonne was extremely helpful and responsive. She was on top of everything through the whole process. She was in communication with the listing agent throughout the day when I was making my offer and that was a big reason that the buyers went with my offer even though their were higher offers out there. She gave me her opinion when I asked for it and fought to get me the best terms with the buyer. Working with Yvonne was like working with a friend. I will definitely use her for all my real estate needs in the future.
We worked with another agent initially, and fully believe we missed out on properties because of her lack of action. Abe was referred to us through a website I signed up with, and boy are we glad he reached out to us. From the very start, he jumped into action to find us a home while we were still overseas.
