I was really surprised at the timely way Melissa responded to my needs every step of the way. She is a very skillful real estate agent in that she paid close attention to my needs and desires and communicated what she knew to me so that I could make my own decisions with a fuller perspective. She was always quick to pave the way in the next step of the process. I have had good realtors in the past, but no one ever met Melissa's level of service.

Melissa Saxon did an amazing job finding, securing, and making sure my closing process went smoothly for my dream first-time home. It couldn’t have been a less stressful experience. Melissa explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage company and the inspectors. When the home builder was impossible to work with, Melissa was able to be the voice for us.

Lawrence was truly a pleasure to work with from the first phone call to the final day of our closing. Flexible with our schedules for showings. Gave lots of options and suggestions, told us what to look for in homes since we are first time home buyers. Listened to what we liked and didn't like about homes. Was able to get a feel for our style and the neighborhood we wanted.

Moving from Chicago and looking to buy my first home, Melissa was very patient and extremely helpful to teach me the ins & outs of buying a home while working around my availability since I was traveling from out of the state.
