Yvonne is an expert in the field. Working with her made the experience very low stress. I was able to purchase a home basically over the internet because she took care of all the details. She definitely works hard for her clients she was available anytime I had questions. She gets the job done! I highly recommend her, unless you like stress and inexperienced people..
We looked at a bunch of homes. Low inventories during 2020 made it difficult to find what I wanted at the price point I wanted. Desiree didn’t stop until she found the right one for me.
Yvonne is awesome. She showed us so many homes and was super polite and respectful through the whole process. She never pressured us or made us feel like we were being too picky. She was super responsive and immediately available to show homes at all hours of the day which was unfortunately something we had to do to keep on top of this market.
It was a pleasure to have Chris as our realtor. He answered or returned every call within minutes. His knowledge of the market helped us get top dollar for home. If you want a realtor to represent you interest please consider Chris Jacobson you won't regret it.
Carlos was great! Super nice and patient with us during the home buying process. We were first time home buyers and he helped us every step of the way! We also bought a house during the COVID craze where houses were literally showing up and sold withing 72 hours, but Carlos was so awesome and made things less stressful. He went out of his way for us multiple times to install smoke detectors and do an extra walk through. He is amazing!!
We used Kelly for both buying a new home and selling our existing home. On both sides of the business she was incredibly helpful navigating all steps of the transaction. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and we’re so happy we found her. We highly recommend her!
Moving from NV to TX, we first contacted an agent who was unresponsive and I don’t think took us seriously in moving from one state to another. And that agent wanted to show us properties that she had listed and tried to bait us with a rebate at the end of a home purchase. Aaron is amazing. Hands down the best realtor I’ve worked with, and I have worked with some others who were good as well. I sold my house from out of state and whenever I needed anything done or any help with the process he was on it. He knew the paperwork, process, and negotiating in and out.
