I hired them to clean my gutters, which they did. However, in my opinion, they have unnecessary sales pressure for other projects.
I ordered the service from them 2 weeks ago and they haven't completed the work yet. Their customer service rep just keeps telling me I'm "in line for the work to be done", although when I ordered the service I was told the work would be completed within 3-5 business days.
The work was ok.
I am thoroughly disappointed in the work of this company. I asked for a phone call to know what day they were coming so I could put up my animals. My husband was in the shower and heard beating on the walls of the house. They were there, unannounced, and had apparently finished the front of the house and needed to be let in the back yard. They only cleaned one of two downspouts.
Question service and immediately defensive response.
Be careful not to prepay for services.
They were here about 30 minutes and did not appear to flush out the down spouts. They blew debri all over the deck out back and in the pool.
They were very pushy - from their first phone call, they were just shy of badgering me into retaining their service. I was trying to get other quotes when I reached out - and from about 20 minutes after my call - I was inundated with emails from them. I went with them because Home Advisor didn�t have a lot of other options to choose from.
