They collected my full payment and only to show up three weeks later and stated they cannot install the downspout due to the height of the gutter citing safety and do not have a ladder that is long enough especially when I told them the height of the home and the size of the house and where to install. They also happily took another job at my second home for gutter cleaning, but also tried to recommend upsale for gutter installation of a specific area for another more expensive job. They showed up when I was not home which they told me they could. They could not clean the gutters because I have the gutter guards which I told them I had. A week later I called them back because I had not heard anything and that's when they told me the above. I just find this very poor customer service.Also when I called to hire them they asked for a credit card at the time for payment up front.

I want to start by saying I DO NOT recommend this company at all. My gutters weren't properly draining with the recent storms in the area which is why I hired Ned Stevens. They were very prompt about coming out which was the only positive part of this experience. I asked for them to give me a call before arriving and was told that they do not do that because the work is all done outside of the house. Hired them to clean my gutters. They charged me $135 for what they called a "guard sweep". The leaves are still in my gutters and absolutely nothing was removed from my gutters. Warning! Do not waste your money.
I hired them to clean my gutters, which they did. However, in my opinion, they have unnecessary sales pressure for other projects.
I ordered the service from them 2 weeks ago and they haven't completed the work yet. Their customer service rep just keeps telling me I'm "in line for the work to be done", although when I ordered the service I was told the work would be completed within 3-5 business days.
The work was ok.
I am thoroughly disappointed in the work of this company. I asked for a phone call to know what day they were coming so I could put up my animals. My husband was in the shower and heard beating on the walls of the house. They were there, unannounced, and had apparently finished the front of the house and needed to be let in the back yard.
