Totally ruined my house... they installed new gutters that are leaking around the entire house.. my old system had less leaks.. they told me after they installed it that my old gutters just needed gutter flashing so the water would go into gutter.. that was the problem in the beginning in certain areas.. this new gutter system is leaking all the way around my ranch-soaking the fascia and soffit boards.. customer service just argues with you and they want 1375.00 more to correct the problem.. stay away from them.. plus I didn... read more

The gutters and downspouts on my two story home were clogged from the leaves in the fall and winter, so residue spilled over them and they looked very dirty. I had hoped that while the guys were on the ladders they would have wiped down the outside of them or sprayed them off ( they used my water) to make them look cleaner. I should have gone with another company who would have taken pride in making my house more presentable. I was not on site to ask them to do it.

1) They were all over my new roof like ants. 2) They used water and washed everything into my stairwell drain, plugging it. 3) Their main office is not Seattle, but New Jersey !

Cleaned gutters in less than 20 minutes. Still charged $80 after I commented on the high price I received a $25 discount from $105. More interested in trying to sell me a roof cleaning job.
