The car is great. However, even the sales man noticed the strong smell of marijuana in the car. When cleaning the car for 5 hours after buying it and vacuuming marijuana seeds out from under the seat, the car still smelled. Carpet cleaned the car, still a faint odor. Sales man was great and the sales manager. But the car was not clean and in my opinion, not ready for sale.
I TOOK AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES TO GET MY CAR INSPECTED AND OIL CHANGE AND TIRES ROTATED. THIS WAS WITH A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. WAY TO LONG TO WAIT FOR THESE SERVICES.
Me and my family have bought multiple cars from Nelson in the past. This time was different. I feel disrespected at this point. Employees didn't even act like they wanted to help with anything they just wanted me gone and out of the way. Considering that I'm such a burden to try and assist, I'll definitely be doing business elsewhere from here on out.
