That entire small team of 3 people I worked with was outstanding. I felt like I was working with actual people not a bunch of programmed car dealer robots. From the time I got there to the time I left those guys were just normal people from Virginia. It made me feel like I was just dealing with people that were like my family. Brought my 2021 Toyota 4Runner in for alignment. Didn't expect it to take 2 hours and it still pull hard to the right.
I did not get an opportunity to respond on the first question. The bird eye did not come up for sometime and I pressed next. My experience with Nelson Toyota was fine. Good reception, Customer Svc, excellent car repairs and the shuttle svc was great as I had no one available to help me to and from.
