Brought my 2021 Toyota 4Runner in for alignment. Didn't expect it to take 2 hours and it still pull hard to the right.
I did not get an opportunity to respond on the first question. The bird eye did not come up for sometime and I pressed next. My experience with Nelson Toyota was fine. Good reception, Customer Svc, excellent car repairs and the shuttle svc was great as I had no one available to help me to and from.
Service as requested and surprise car wash today.
Your salesman Lamar Jones was terrific. Your sales management however was sorely lacking. A price offer was made by management on Wednesday that was not honored by Saturday! I will need to replace a GMC Acadia in the near future but will tend to not work with this dealership.
As usual the service department did a complete job the problem taken care of on a timely fashion Debbie Stone has always did a great job on all my vehicles I would never consider taking my vehicles to another shop . Thanks Debbie and service staff GTTuggle

The car is great. However, even the sales man noticed the strong smell of marijuana in the car. When cleaning the car for 5 hours after buying it and vacuuming marijuana seeds out from under the seat, the car still smelled. Carpet cleaned the car, still a faint odor. Sales man was great and the sales manager. But the car was not clean and in my opinion, not ready for sale.
