We had a very pleasant evening. The only concern I have is my pasta dish must have been sitting for a period of time. There was no liquid so the dish had dried out. Even the clams. I did not say anything because I was with several friends and one needed to be heading home, so I did not want to hold the group up. I really like going here and would recommend it.
Overall, the restaurant was good. We are big Cunningham Restaurant fans and feel others are better than this one. I am glad we went for devour so we could get a good tasting of items there.
Loved the linguine with clams; their version is wonderful, light and lemony vs a heavier Alfredo-type sauce. The carbonara was also good. Oysters were tasty. The bread basket has a nice variety of breads and crackers to dip in olive oil. We like the ala carte menu because we shared several dishes vs ordering one big meal with set sides.
Nesso is a place where you can hang at the bar while enjoying Barry the bartender tell you stories & entertain you while having a four course meal or it’s a cozy vibrantly decorated space for a quiet dinner or business meeting/dinner. The dishes are authentic, delicious and will make you want to go back again! ❤️❤️. Try an Amuro, Italian drink, before or after your meal...helps in digestion!
New Years Eve
I was blown away by my dinner at Nesso! The food was so tasty, the service was wonderful, & I loved the overall vibe of the restaurant. I will definitely be coming back soon.
Went for Devour menu and wasn't disappointed in selection or quality. It was very loud and we were quite cold while dining. If I went back I would only sit in the much quieter area near the front that's featured in photos.
When I see a new Cunningham Group restaurant, I always go! I am in love with Vida and Provision and think Livery is super cool. Love the attention to detail this group puts into the food, the ambiance and the service. However, Nesso failed badly on the service aspect. Our waiter was well informed of the food menu and helpful in making choices, and we were kept well supplied with water by the staff, but we had been there for an hour before we received our first glass of wine. One person did get a cocktail, but even so that is... read more
